| About Us
|
The Schools Prayer Network was set up around 12 years ago by Michael Philip, a peripatetic music teacher working in Glasgow, who saw the power of prayer first hand in one of the schools he taught in. The network has steadily grown from there and now over 2000 schools across the UK are being prayed for as part of this initiative.
Our vision in brief is to see every school in the UK covered by prayer, as we believe it can make a vital difference to children, teachers and other staff, and as a consequence have an impact on wider society.
The Schools Prayer Network is supported by a number of organisations including Scripture Union and is sponsored by CARE.
